Cri Swift is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in the Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group. She has extensive experience representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other financial entities as well as public companies in both internal and external investigations and enforcement proceedings. She received her bachelor’s degree from Occidental College and her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Cri has been recognized as a “Lawyer of the Year” in 2018 and 2015 in Securities Regulation, and is listed as “Best Lawyer” in Securities/Capital Markets Law (2014-2022) in The Best Lawyers in America. She previously served on the board of Disability Rights Maine.
