We want to thank our Team Birch runners for their unwavering support of Birch Family Services and its mission by running in the 2024 United Airlines NYC Half! Meet Our Runners

CATHERINE RINALDO

Cat Rinaldo has been a Birch supporter for five years. She joined the Young Professionals Board at its inception and has since been a steadfast Board Member. An avid runner, she has participated in two half marathons in the past and when the opportunity to do another one and support Birch at the same time arose, she couldn’t pass it up!

BENJAMIN NOTTINGHAM

Ben Nottingham has been involved with Birch for the past three years. A member of the Birch Young Professionals Board, Ben has been a dedicated supporter of Birch, lending his time and effort at our events and running in our past 5K Fast Track to Empowerment races.  When he found out about the chance to support Birch for the United Airlines NYC Half, he jumped at the opportunity!

VALENTINA RAMIREZ

Valentina Ramirez is a proud Birch parent with a son attending our Long Island City Early Childhood Center. Witnessing firsthand the incredible impact Birch has had on her son’s development and well-being has inspired her to support Birch further by participating in this run. This will be her first long-distance race.

ALEC UY

Alec Uy is an EisnerAmper Employee who has participated in a past event sponsored by Birch Family Services. A dedicated runner, Alec has completed many races in the past and is set to run in the NYC Marathon this November. A firm believer in Birch’s work, Alex can’t wait to run in support of Birch’s mission. This would be his first event participating as part of the Birch Family Services Team.
