Thank you for being a valued member of the Birch Family Services community. As we begin the new year, we pause to reflect on the meaningful accomplishments achieved across our organization in 2025. All of this is possible because of our partnership with YOU. As a supporter of Birch Family Services your engagement enables us to Advance the Abilities and Unlock the Potential in the thousands of people seeking our assistance.

We’re pleased to share our 2025 Annual Report, highlighting Birch’s achievements as we recognize an important milestone for us – our 50th year of supporting children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities at school, home, work and in their communities. These achievements reflect the collective strength of all stakeholders committed to creating an environment where each individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Because of your generosity, Birch Family Services continues to provide people with autism and developmental disabilities with the supports they need to achieve their dreams.

This year we:
• Opened our Riverdale Early Childhood Center at a brand new location.
• Opened our first supportive housing development in the Bronx with more locations planned ahead.
• Opened three new supervised residences in Queens.
• Provided nearly 100 individuals the skills to prepare them to enter the workforce, obtain employment, develop relationships, attend social gatherings, and access health & wellness workshops.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re grateful to have you as a supporter of Birch. Together, we continue the work of advancing our mission – empowering individuals and families we support to lead full lives.
