At Birch Family Services, there are many ways to make an impact. Whether you attend an event, support a fundraiser, partner through your company, volunteer your time, or help spread awareness, your involvement helps empower children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities across New York City.

Attend an Event

Join us throughout the year for community events that celebrate and support Birch’s mission:

Start your own fundraiser to support Birch Family Services. From birthdays and endurance events to community campaigns and personal milestones, peer-to-peer fundraising helps raise both awareness and critical support for Birch programs and services.

Birch partners with companies and employee groups across New York City through a range of community engagement and philanthropic initiatives, including event sponsorships, employee engagement opportunities, workplace giving, donation drives, awareness campaigns, and inclusive employment partnerships.

Organizations can also participate in Birch’s Corporate Advisory Network, a quarterly gathering designed to connect businesses interested in community impact, inclusion, employee engagement, and workforce development.

Whether your company is looking to engage employees, support a Birch event, or explore a deeper partnership, we welcome the opportunity to connect.

The Birch Young Professionals Board (YPB) brings together emerging leaders who are passionate about giving back, building community, and supporting Birch’s mission through fundraising and advocacy.

Help us raise awareness and amplify the voices of the individuals and families we support. Follow Birch on social media, share our stories, attend community events, and help spread the word about our mission.

Birch offers a limited number of volunteer opportunities throughout the year, including event support, seasonal projects, and select group engagement opportunities.

Because many of our programs serve vulnerable populations and require specialized training and support, volunteer opportunities may vary based on organizational needs and capacity.
