As we begin a New Year, we have the opportunity to reflect on the impact of Birch Family Services on the lives of those seeking our assistance with the release of our 2023 Annual Report. We are present each day working to ensure our children, adults, and families have the resources and supports to thrive. Our programs expanded to respond to the increasing need of individuals and families in our communities. Our voices were raised through advocacy efforts across New York, and it made a difference.

Birch Family Services supports individuals and families in achieving their goals across the lifespan. From early childhood education to developing independent living and social skills; and from finding a rewarding career to building a comfortable and supportive home environment. Birch empowers individuals to lead full lives at home, school, work, and in their communities. The theme of our 2023 Annual Report, Expanding Horizons, Embracing Opportunities, perfectly captures that mission.

As we continue to broaden our reach to meet the growing need for our services, we look forward to working with all of you to effect change in the year ahead.
