Birch Family Services is grateful for the many individuals, students, families, and community groups who reach out looking to support our mission through volunteerism.
Our programs support children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities across educational, residential, employment, and community-based settings throughout New York City. Because many of these environments require specialized training, supervision, and continuity of care, volunteer opportunities are limited and vary throughout the year based on organizational needs and capacity.
Ways to Support Birch
Event Volunteers
Throughout the year, Birch hosts fundraising and community events that may offer volunteer opportunities, including:

Corporate & Group Engagement
Birch welcomes opportunities to partner with companies, employee resource groups, schools, and community organizations for select service projects, donation drives, and engagement activities.

Skilled & Professional Volunteering
