Josh is Chief Financial Officer/vice president of finance and administration at Birch Family Services. He oversees accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, financial planning and analysis, and information technology. His previous experience includes serving as chief financial officer of Saint Dominic’s Family Services and budget director at JCCA. His educational background comprises a master’s degree in public administration, master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in management.
