Nick is the Operations Manager for U3 Advisors, a nationally recognized consulting practice that provides real estate and economic development solutions to mission-driven organizations. In addition to his work at U3, he has deep experience in providing direct social services to at-risk youth and children with physical developmental disabilities through his seven years with The Children’s Aid Society, as Operation Manager, then Interim Assistant Director, of its Chappaqua, N.Y. site and as a Youth Development Specialist based in Washington Heights, East Harlem, and Central Harlem, N.Y. He joined the Board of Directors of Birch Family Services in 2019. “I firmly believe that every child needs to be met ‘where they live’: receiving services in a fashion that is contextual and impactful; treated with empathy and dignity; and, minimizes the barriers between children and realizing their full potential in life. Birch Family Services is on the front lines of this work.” Nick and his wife are proud parents to two boys on the autism spectrum. It is their experience with advocating for an equitable and appropriate educational placement for their children that most informed Nicks’ decision to join Birch’s Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the City University of New York – Brooklyn College. He is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
