During this special time of year, we reflect on what we’ve achieved and areas where there is more work to be done. We think not just about the successes in our programs, but how are the people we support thriving at home? How can we better support our parents and their children? The holidays can be particularly challenging for people with autism or a developmental disability and their families.
With your help, we are determined to help bring a little more joy to their lives this holiday season.
Every donation to our holiday campaign is critical. When you support Birch Family Services, children and adults living in supportive housing receive holiday gifts, young adults on the autism spectrum are offered opportunities to attend social events, children living at a children’s residence are given new social games and supports in their own home, and classroom technology is purchased to enhance the education of our students. There are many ways to support our Season of Giving, you can simply spread our message, donate to our mission, or purchase items for our Toy and Winter Clothing Drive.
